Sun roof of the sit out is slope style. Windows and doors are simple made by wood. A thick box style show wall is designed left side,  near to the sit out. And also a projection style box wall is designed around the window of that area. It painted with white and dark olive green color and we get some places here for planting. So this area is more attractive.  

And also a show wall pasted with horizontal line grooves ae designed near to the porch as back ward. Balcony is designed above the sit out supported with thick pillars . Some  pergola works are done on the right wall of sit out. Aluminum railing pipe works are done as barricades as balcony. 

Roof of the balcony is boat shaped and other roofs are gable style. Dark color pattern slates are pasted on it. We get open terrace at the back side. The color combination of paint is also give more elegant and classy look to this Kerala contemporary home.
