Today we come up with a one floor house plan. It is a modern one storey home design and a  small house with 2 bedrooms. The decoration work on exterior is attractive, number of cutting work and show walls are used.

It is a flat roof style home design in an 1100 square feet area. The estimated construction cost of this modern one storey home design is 20 lakh. Required land area is 5 cent land plot. This is a 2 bhk home design with all modern facilities.

It included sit out, living, dining, 2 bed with attached bath, kitchen, work area and stair room. And also we get some area as an open terrace with parapets. GI pipe is used in between the parapets.

Vast space beautiful sit out is supported with a thick pillar and half area of this pillar is covered with ceramic wall tiles. windows and doors are designed elegantly made by wood. Three panel window and double panel door is set in sit out.

All sunroofs are flat style. Look at the left side we can get a box style wall like a show wall. Beautiful color pattern ceramic wall tiles is completely pasted here And a L shaped cutting wall is done around the window.  And square style projected cutting wall is set on the parapets here

Stair room also designed very well. pergolas and three panel windows are done on the exterior wall. And these pergolas covers with the glass for more security . White and grey color paint bring more classy and gorgeous look to this Beautiful one storey home design . Cool and calm atmosphere is created here.
