Very beautiful modern double floor contemporary  architecture villa in an area of 2950 Square Feet (292 Square Meter) . Designed by Sakariya Ahammed Build Arch Valanchery Malappuram.

This is a stylish modern out look design with flat roof and box style structure. Sit out has designed with elegantly supported with thick pillars and the out side view of sit out is like box with flat roof. Double panel door and one panel window is used in sit out and made by wood and also painted with elegant white color.

Porch designed left side of sit out. Closed style porch is designed center of the home and pergola design is done on the wall. It painted with elegant black color and roof is flat style. At the left side wall is decorated with show wall and it look like a  large box style model.

Third portion of this wall is designed with beautiful cladding wall tiles and remaining portion is painted very well. Two set window are designed on that wall. pergola style sun roof are designed here. At the first floor balcony is designed with pergola . Galvanized railing pipe work are done on the barricade. Some box style pergola design are designed on the wall near to balcony. that hole type design is covered with glass. This design gives more stylish look to home and also helps to entering more light inside to home, get more visibility.

Color combination of paint is superb. White and black color give more awesome look to this double floor contemporary architecture design. Total land area required for this design is 10 cent plot and construction cost is 41- 50 lakh.
